TRENDSETTER HAWKS Winners Of WISP ANNUAL FOOTBALL FIESTA
Trendsetter Hawks scored a double by winning the U9 and U11 age groups of the 2013 Waterloo Institute of Soccer Players Football Fiesta held on Saturday 23rd November 2013 at Waterloo Secondary School.
The Fiesta was held in the following age groups: U9, U11 and girls open.
Teams participating were as follows:
U9 Age group- Trendsetter Hawks, Cap Off Youths FC, Ralph Coaching School, P & D Coaching School and Gairy John Coaching School.
U11 Age group- Ralph Coaching School, Joe Public FC, Uprising Youths, P & D Coaching School, Marabella Family Crisis Centre, Cap Off Youths FC, El Socorro United, Trendsetter Hawks, Gasparillo Youths, Gairy John Coaching School, RSSR Football academy, Ste Madeline Strikers and Moruga FC
Girls Age group:Waterloo Secondary, Fyzabad Secondary, Ministry of Sports Schoolaz A and Ministry of sports Schoolaz B.
Final results were as follows:
Girls U-9
1st Place- Ministry of Sports A 1st Place- Trendsetter Hawks
2nd Place- Fyzabad Secondary 2nd Place- Ralph Coaching School
3rd Place- Ministry of Sports B 3rd Place- Cap Off Youths FC
MVP- Chelcy Ralph MVP- Jaheim Marshall
U-11
1st Place- Trendsetter Hawks
2nd Place- Gairy John Coaching School
3rd Place- Ralph Coaching School
MVP- Real Gill
In the semifinals of the U11 age group, Trendsetter Hawks defeated Ralph Coaching School 2:0 and Gairy John Coaching School edged P & D Coaching school 1:0 to reach in to the finals.
For 3rd place Ralph Coaching School won 2:0 vs P& D Coaching School.
The Finals Trendsetter Hawks vs Gairy John Coaching School ended 4:3 in favor of Trendsetter Hawks.
